The fatal accident in Lutoglava of Pec, speaks to the victim's family member

It turns out that the victim is a 60-year-old woman.

Seddy Kelmendi, a family member of the victim, says he was first afraid of having a child left dead because it was when they returned from school.

There's a guy who's come running and calling me. When I got out, they told me he hit a train but they didn't know who. My daughter has joined me, and a neighbor has joined the scene. He said: Too bad. The train's been hitting someone”, says about RTV Dukagjin, Sadie Kelmendi- family of the victim.

He says that they had heard no trumpet warning of the train coming and that the person in question was in good health.

The neighbor said he didn't hear anything. I was present when he was interrogated. There were no health problems, and Sejdiu Kelmendi further says.

The case has also been confirmed by Kosovo Police spokesman for the Pec region Driton Rugova.

“Regional Director of the Peja Police, dated 30.09.2019 around 12:40, has been informed of a case that occurred in the village of Lutoglava-Peja, in the middle of an infantry and passenger train. At the scene, the state prosecutor, the relevant units of the Kosovo Police, has emerged, and at the order of the State Attorney, the victim's lifeless body is sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina for Obstruction. Regional investigators at DRP-Peje are closely co-operating with the state prosecutor to investigate all circumstances related to this case, which has been named as the “Endition of Death””, the police report said.

It is noteworthy that within a month this is the second chance that a traveler was killed by the train.
