At the beginning of the coverage is shown the location of this site, and it is talked about Albanian culture, which the owner of this restaurant has shown throughout the restaurant, whether through pictures or even through Albanian costumes that are located around the corners.
“Albanians who came before 20-30 years ago for different reasons thought that an Albanian restaurant would not function and they had no pride in descent”, says owner Ramiz Kukaj.
But Kukaj shows that he is proud. He opened this food destination in the Blemont district. Albanian bread and salads can be found there. But the journalist who made the report stops at the famous Albanian dish Skanderbegi, named after the national hero. This dish is a part of the journalist's background, and it is discussed in the show where food is shown, and its exhibitors experience it.
Kukaj has collected costumes and other things that show nationality for ten years, and he is proud to display his culture and give other Albanians a place to feel like home.
“I love that Albanians come here, that makes me very happy -- it's a very good feeling”, says Kukaj.
