Wessel recalls the protest he had staged with Thaci in 1990 and the meeting with Adem Jasharin in the Court of Upha

Vice President Kadri Wessel once chairman of The PDK has recalled a protest it had organised together with President Hashim Thaci against the Communist League of Yugoslavia.

“23 January 1990 we were in the National Library together with the current president of the Republic of Kosovo, we organised a protest, it was the drowning of Nuredin Nuredin in Skopje's Harachyna. We've been out here protesting, but the purpose we had against the Communist League of Yugoslavia, which was then held and I don't know how many, we were against that Communist League of Yugoslavia, we were against Yugoslavia, we came out here, we held one of the biggest protests that there was in Kosovo then, in front of the Committee then called on January 23rd and January 24th”, Wessel said at the ceremony to distribute certificates for youth in the field of entrepreneurship.
