Vjosa Osmani's husband, don Sadriou, has explained his promotion to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has shown that he has been working in the MPJ for 15 years before marrying the LDK chief, while he says he is the only senior diplomat not engaged by any minister for service abroad.
Sadriu had written on 26 July a Facebook post that his promotion, except that it was in full compliance with the Foreign Service Law, the ministry had acted contrary to the law on delaying his promotion.
He says these slanders are emerging at the time his wife is claiming to be prime minister.
The candidate's husband for prime minister from the LDK ranks says illegal is the denial he has been given to promote.
What remains illegal, however, is the denial of being promoted as a legal right made to me by Foreign Ministry officials from 2008 to 2016”, writes Sadriu.
Sadriu's failure to comply is considered illegal because the Commission for Grada and Discipline had decided in its behalf to promote itself.
This is because at the first meeting of the Commission for Grada and Discipline in Ministry History, held on April 19, 2010, the MPJ-ZSP 106/2010, this Commission has decided FOR my right to promote”, Sadriu reasoned.
Sadriu even says he has been discriminated against by foreign ministers because it shows that he is the only diplomat never appointed for service abroad.
For further clarification of the opinion, I have to stress that by this decision, I remain the only diplomat, most senior in the minister who has never been to the Ministry. NUCH is not assigned by any minister to serve with full mandate abroad”, writes Sardiu.
Another violation, according to Sadriut, the ministers of the 2008-2016 period had done even when they had denied the right to file a complaint on non-compliance.
For more, holding the issue of my promotion pending, these ministers have also denied me the right to exercise the Access to a degree as legal, in violation of Article 16 of the Order for Foreign Service”, Sadriu writes.
Sadriou had also been aiming for the ambassador's post, but he felt that the post had failed to win it.
Contrary to some who have reached the ambassador's position within 2-3 years (even overnight), I, even after 14 years of professional and managerial experience, have been unjustly unable to hold the rank of Ambassador”, writes Sadriu.
All in the end, Sadriu says that he and his family have been repeatedly warned that there will be low slander, whose purpose is to deigne work and integrity. The reaction, which came because according to Sadriu, these slanders are tending to arise just at the time when Vjosa Osmani claims the post of prime minister.
My “I and my family have been warned that during this period there will be such low slander with the aim of denigration of work and our integrity. However, I am publishing this reaction for the sake of public opinion, even though it is already clear by what tendency these slanders are emerging right here in this period”, writes Sadriu.
