Adriatic journalist Kelmendi through a Facebook post has given an idea of how parties should go to this election.

According to Kelmendi, the parties must go to elections without coalitions in the elections, <x0 vote winner wins with automatism the right to have the prime minister, while the second party in the post-trial coalition has the top parliament: Kelmendi wrote.
