The prosecution had filed charges against the deceased person 14 years earlier, and there was an arrest warrant for him

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, in October 2018, had filed charges against the F.B., claiming that he had stolen the electricity.

This prosecutor, charged that in March 2018, he was illegally locked up in the electrical network, allegedly causing KEDS harm, in many of the 57.24 euros, reports the “Justice Vow”.

In connection with this charge, the Pristina Constitutional Court, the Podujevo branch, had scheduled the initial session on May 31, 2019, but the defendant had been missing.

Because of his absence, this court had issued a warrant for acting under obligation to indictees F.B.

But, the Police Station in Podujevo, had informed the court that his investigation of the accused resulted in his death 14 years ago.

After receiving this information, outside the court hearing, the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Podujevo branch, has made a decision where it has stopped this criminal procedure.

In the establishment of Judge Eleme Jashari, the KED company, as a damaged party, is based on civil disputes, while the expenses of this judicial procedure fall on the court's burden.

Otherwise, at the initial session held on May 31st 2019, prosecutor Havana Krasniqi had represented the indictment, while prosecutor Rukiye Sheshivari compiled it.

According to this indictment, filed on October 3rd 2018, F.B. was charged that in the village of Bellopojo in Podujevo, on March 8, 2018, following control by KEDS workers, it has been found that he, after being opened by the electrical distance, was illegally connected to electricity grids outside the grid.

As it says in the indictment, KEDS had suffered material damage at an altitude of 57.24 euros.
