It has stressed them, after being asked by “Koha Ditore” if it will abide by the obligation to represent the country in the final phase of dialogue with the northern neighbour, which the Constitutional Court has described in an Act of Justice published last week.
The court has stressed that it is unconstitutional to a negotiating team that had formed the Parliament to represent Kosovo in this dialogue, has recalled that the Assembly is authorised to exercise foreign policy supervision and exclusively recognised the Government's mandate for “proposal and implementation” of foreign policy, writes today “Koha Ditore”.

Haradinaj, who has not commented on the contents and consequences of the act, has stressed that forming the state delegation was aimed at inclusion. He has stressed that, without ensuring this inclusion, he will not take the steering wheel in the dialogue.
