Alternative MP Ilir Deda, through a writing posted on his Facebook account, has made a list of some of the priorities on the domestic and external plains that the new government must address this priority issue, which should even be resolved in the first 100 days.
This is his full post:
Beyond the daily policy, which is largely not worth conveying, the main focus should be on what awaits the future Government (which should have maximum 15 ministries).
To have any success in the future governing garrison, everyone has to know which measures to take, and what are the priority issues that need to be resolved and that in the first 100 days. Or escape continues, and isolation increases.
Here's a list, with some of the priorities, on the inner and external level.
On the inside level, within the first 100 days:
1. Economic development and employment measures must be undertaken, providing at least $200 million for this, or leaving continues. It also takes a thorough review of the budget to unblock money from asphalt and turn to economic investment.
2. The substantial establishment of trust and understanding with ethnic minority communities.
3. There should be quick steps to decide whether, bold steps to combat corruption and organised crime by making criminal speculation about misuse of the public budget in all ministries where something like this has happened; b) hitting criminal networks in the country; c) departing public agencies' boards and lowering their number; that is to start investigating illegal property of high profile figures. (Yes, within 100 days.) Or leave continues.
4. Cleaning up the list of fake veterans and cleaning up the list of fake beneficiaries of various social schemes.
5. Ah yes, even the establishment of charges against key political figures by Special Court Prosecutor. The position of the new government cannot be folk.
Or leave continues.
At the international level, Kosovo will not have “paper” and within the first 100 days it will face expectations of ending dialogue with Serbia, and it is expected that Kosovo:
1. Immediately to suspend the tax on products of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina;
2. There won't be much time for consolidation. The new government must build a platform on dialogue with Serbia to maintain sovereignty and territorial integrity and working on finding an optimistic solution for the self-government of Serbs in Kosovo.
There are no “cannot”, only “must”. Or follows deeper isolation, leaving Kosovo will continue.
