According to KDI findings, there have been cases where cultural heritage assets are often found on the black market, especially in Germany, KTV reports.
At the Commission for Education, Science and Technology this Wednesday, the Law on Cultural Heritage was discussed and it was said that the country's institutions continue to have no access to some of the sites that are part of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
But Department of Heritage officials at the Ministry of Culture said that whenever they had problems with the Orthodox Church, they have addressed them.
Besides, the problem is management of cultural heritage in private properties.
While members of the Cultural Heritage Council have said that the Ministry of Culture is illegally dealing with drafting and simultaneously implementing projects.
This discussion cited how its cultural heritage and assets are not being used for economic gain.
