Kenan Gashi, executive director of the organisation AV ONET has said on Show Eyes 7 in Kosova Clan that this action is “violation of law”.
“In the beginning of the term Dejanovic has removed 51 workers without warning them, and a similar move is a violation and in this case it had to inform workers earlier about the interruption of the” contract.
Gashi has said this act is in complete defiance even with the right to work.
We like AVONET have reacted to this issue several times, but it has consistently committed violations and has continued to discriminate against the citizens of this country. The workers have immediately dismissed them by arbitrarily interrupting their” work.
According to Gashi, the worst act the mayor of the municipality has done by giving contracts to the workers he has taken, where some of them are his closest people.
He has stressed that AVONET has asked the State Prosecutor and the Kosovo Police to investigate these violations, which are considered serious and discriminated against.
