The police department reported that police officials responded to a call at around 4am at the ban centre “Tacoma”, which operates within the Homeland Security Department and is held in the deportation procedure by the United States.
Parents who are separated from their children as part of the policy “zero tolerance”, implemented by the administration of the American president, Donald Trump. This policy is aimed at preventing illegal immigration.
Police spokeswoman Loretta Cool said the opening of the fire took place six hours after a peaceful protest before that centre.
Police identified alleged attackers as Willem Van Spronsen. He had set a car on fire and had tried to do the same with a fuel tank.
