New Zealand Radio, said Philip Arps, 44, was found guilty on two counts of distributing sensitive materials with at least 30 people.
Arps, who also distributed the video on the social network.
The local court judge at Christch, Stephen O'Driscoll, said that when Arps was asked about his opinion of that video, his response was a magnificent “”, says New Zealand Radio.
