Fabrizi, who did not issue any voice when the Serbian prime minister in his presence called people of the Kosovars, now says Serbia is being hampered by Kosovo on its road to the EU.
Serbia is engaged, but is barred from Pristina's unilateral decisions”, he has said.
However, he has somehow found the strength to do a review of his Serbian caresses, saying that Serbia on its path towards the EU has had limited progress, citing media freedom, competition and in the field of prosecution, but despite that Serbia has highlighted three new chapters in negotiations with the EU in the past 12 months.
Fabrizi has said Serbia should do additional work in developing democracy, sharing of powers, in independence of the judiciary, stressing that the media are the key component of the democratic state.
