Rama urges Basha dialogue for the fourth time: My letters aren't of my kind.

Rama has told Basha that it is better for her now to sit at the table of dialogue, so that she may not later regret doing so.

Rama has further explained to Basha that his letters are not of the kind of ʹméka qu nana gave me away.

LET CARTER'S ER BULZIM PUBLICS

Mr. Mayor,

I don't want you to get the idea that this is a serial exercise of the type <x0m>ka qu nana left my mouth”, not a protracted thought where I just have interest in sharing the public, of my thoughts about the situation created by Jush.

No doubt these public letters are intended to clarify public opinion as much as possible regarding my position of opinion in this situation. But if such a start, it would be without any interest in you and your political grouping, I certainly would not have chosen this way to clear up to the end with people. I'm afraid you don't see at all the direct interest you have in reading these public messages to you personally, just as I'm convinced that sooner than later, when you read them in another situation, you'd be sorry to read and understand when you should, if you don't sit on the Dialogue Table.

I knew it and fortunately I told you, written on a short note, long ago, where I could take you away from the brakes of political rhetoric, or, Albanian, of speaking in front of my mind, in desperate sadness to show the strength of gnashing teeth, abandoning the power of reason. Here we are today, and in very little time, if you don't hold back from returning to the path of reason, and the challenge of your political grouping, but especially for you personally, it will be impossible until you touch its painful end.

In the history of democracy, much larger and much more glorious historical parties have contracted and dissolved, than the grouping that you currently lead with a tremendous irresponsability. But it's never happened that pluralism can be wasted with them. They have appeared and disappeared without a trace, failed leaders at the top of the many influential parties, and political life has continued and produced new leaders without any insurmountable difficulties.

So it is neither pity for you that torments me nor the unprecedented exit from the scene of your grouping, degraded today to a mass of muscle depressives, resentments, and screams. I'm very worried about the unnecessary and harmful loss of our country of time and energy, with a story so ugly and futile political that what's going on in the amulous of the opposition Suaj's despair, since it's deadly burned the parliamentary mandates and started blowing in the fury of the political barbarity losers.

Opposers are created to be defeated, but in democracy they are enemies, they are not treated as enemies, and they are not hostile because the cost of hostility is paid by the country. Here, at the cost of the country, the very irresponsible way you've chosen to face fear of loss and justice, is my source and my pity. Even receiving this paperwork on my part stems from my conviction that there is still time to lower the costs of this highly political story for Albania today and from a sense of duty to invite Suaj back lost.

Even enemies dialogue, even in real war accounts, stop the exchange of fires and allow for a time to exchange words. Then, if words cannot stop the fire, the fire will regain its place. As opponents in democracy throw and wait most of the time, there is always a time when they sit and speak, because democracy and wall and bridge, it means. How can you tell the opponent in democracy you run away and then we talk or I'll set the place on fire? When did this happen and where, except in Albania, your pathetic, insane leader? Oh, yeah, that's true, it happened in Albania two years ago, when just like these months, you said run away and then we'd talk, and you'd even resign in the New Republic Chad to talk!

And in fact, the written resignation didn't come that it could come, but you came along the path of reason, and the tent went away with the New Republic, because they couldn't escape. Even today, you must forget my resignation for a very simple reason: I am not chosen by you, nor am I working for you, nor can I betray those who have chosen me to tear off the binding contract with them, most Albanians, why do you refuse to submit to the will of the majority and fear elections like devil the Temian!

Along with my resignation, you dear Lulzim, you should also forget that you can subdue the majority by imposing with the mind of a minority in contraction, the annulment of the June 30th elections which I have not appointed, the Constitution of the Republic of Albania and I do not have, but the Albanian people.

If you don't want to enter the election that you are afraid of the people's judgment by vote or that you look at the bet of Suaj's imagination, a film where Albanians vote indiscriminately, replaces the Molotov of your followers blind or paid, that's your wrong account and your right to self-sufficient political grouping by trusting this stupid account. But you must also forget that you can reverse the logic of the democratic system by following the logic of the desperate loss force, which by mistake assumes that the wind is lost and turns into a drowning animal!

You still have so much to lose and you still have time, too little time, to regain the clarity, tranquillity, and lost direction, returning to Dialogue Table and sparing Albania, and yourself and your own grouping, the costs of an adventure as ridiculous as expensive for this country in the first place.

These letters of mine are extending every day because they're running out! And patiently I repeat, come to Dialog. No conditions and no fear. Conditions and fears are the obstacles you're getting out of politics tomorrow if you don't get bullets out of yourself today.
