In Germany incident where police were shot, European arrest warrant for 16-year-old Kosovo

Following gunfire against a police officer in Göttingen, Germany, investigators are looking for a 16-year-old suspect. He allegedly shot the police during a confrontation between rival clans.

A European warrant has been issued for the teenager on charges of attempted murder, a spokesman for the public prosecutor's office for n-tv/dpa and NDR said. It is not clear whether the suspect is still in Germany or has already escaped abroad, reports Albinfo.ch, broadcast Periscope.
The policeman was seriously injured and sent to the hospital. He remains in intensive care, but his life is no longer considered at risk.
