At Pristina Airport, Deputy Prime Minister Behgjet Pacolli's private plane has brought Kenya's vice president, William Ruto, KTV reports.
Pacolli's private plane from Frankfurt had arrived at 7, and four hours later, another private plane had landed in Pristina, the one from Abuja, Nigeria, the country Pacolli is associated with.
Ruto, it seems, had not been ready for such a reception as in this video, provided by KTV, highlights his almost sporting outfit.
For this reception, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has made no announcement until for the Ceremonial Guard, the KSF ministry has confirmed there was a request from the state protocol that they be present.
The secret visit, unofficially to the MPJ, has argued with the fact that the state of Kenya is one of Africa's most important states and the fear of counter-launching the state of Serbia.
In addition to the foreign minister, whose hotel has stayed, Ruto, as KTV has learned, has also had meetings with other country leaders, including Prime Minister Haradinaj, with whom they met for coffee.
From Kosovo, Ruto is expected to leave on Sunday.
Ruto, who aims to lead the state of Kenya, in addition to political careers, is known in his country for some relatives, until he has been accused of crimes against humanity but also of fraud, charges he has been acquitted of.
