Publicist Milazim Krasniqi says the burka is a pre-Islamic garment of desert residents, and as such, there is no place in the public today.
In an interview for Express, Krasniqi has spoken of Syrian returnees, saying they are victims of fanatics.
The “Burka is about pre-Islamic clothing of desert residents as part of the protection from the sandstorm. So it's actually not about Islam but about people living in those spaces and in extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately, they have abandoned religion, but it is not part of it. The primitive pararchial force of the masculinist, without genuine vocality in Islam and without true knowledge of Islam, have adopted it as supposedly part of the Muslim dress, causing damage to religion, with that form of cultural slavery of the female. There are, of course, not a few quosiaries today who try to present it as part of their dress in Islam, but they speculate, cheat. The result of the frauds of those dogmatic currents is all the tragedy of brother - in - law wars in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and elsewhere in Arab countries. Clearly, then, the burka has nothing to do with either traditional Islam or Islam in general”, Krasniqi has said.
