With 15.4%, Kosovo tops the list, which continues with other countries like Lithuania Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and others.
According to Eurostat data, Albania is in ninth place, until this list is completed with Moldova, which has a population contraction of 0.9%.
