Kosovar sentenced to prison in Switzerland, reveals how he provided people with fake documents

The Lucrini Criminal Court has sentenced two men for fraud “professional” and for counterfeiting documents, with parole and fine sentences. They are found guilty of the fact that counterfeit documents have provided loans to a total of 300 thousand francs for third person. They themselves have benefited from [...]

The court has sentenced the 40-year-old Swiss to 24 months in prison on bail, to a trial period of two years. He has also pronounced as a safety measure a fine of 4,000 francs.

The person in question worked at a bank and falsified pay bills for the unemployed or low-income people so that they could get loans from his financial institute (bank).

These creditors are brokered by a 36-year-old Kosovar, albinfo.ch conveys. He in the same trial has been sentenced to prison on bail for 22 months and with a fine of 3,500 francs.

The seven creditors, who have also been penalised, have paid the mediators from 2000 to 4,000 francs for a loan. This guy then shared this money with his associate, the bank employee. The profit for the two convicts has been approximately 10,000 francs each.

Five of the seven creditors have been men who have made credit deals through their partners. These were unemployed or had little income.

The counterfeit wage bills disguised the applicant's payment capacity in front of the bank. In one case, the person had applied for loans through his mother, who knew nothing about the job. On another occasion, a woman applied for a loan in her name.

In general, the two people with fraud by contracting credit contracts with seven persons have extended loans to a total of 298 thousand francs. The creditors were unable to pay their debts or could do so only partially. Some seizures have been initiated under the indictment.

Both indictees accepted the performance of the work, and during the criminal procedure they have been co-operative and repentant. The sentences are taken in short procedure and are all-powerful.
