However, it has been ten years since one building has been completed, but it is not being exploited for that purpose, KTV reports.
Family martyrs say that they do not know why the distribution of these dwellings is not taking place for them.
The reason for the failure to divide residences for the families that are destined is not known even to the NLA family association of martyrs.
Her officials say they have repeatedly sought answers from municipal leaders.
But on the ground floor of this building, a business is operating, which has also built residences.
Contacted by television, Rrustem Rukoli, owner of Rukoli Company, has said that the municipality owes another 400 thousand euros planned to build 2 buildings.
He said his business isn't working on the ground floor, but the workers are making watch.
And the head of the Sqaheraj municipality, Bekim Jashari, said that these dwellings cannot be divided without finalising other objects, without revealing why the delay has taken place.
While the Labour and Social Management Ministry for the construction of these residences has earmarked 1m euros, which it had to complete in 2012.
