She has studied Juridic and says without warning, without official decision and only via telephone, it has been announced that it is no longer part of the academic staff, KTV reports.
She is blaming Decanit for committing legal violations when she fired him, because according to her, the contract as a committed assistant has validated until June.
The former assistant says that not a single reason was given why she left.
The case has already been submitted to the Labour Inspectorate, considering that it has become unfair and that, according to her, the faculty violated the Labour Law.
Rector Fadil Milaku says he doesn't know exactly why the assistant has left work, but according to him, it may be that she lacks students and she hasn't had enough hours.
In these cases, Millaku shows that the Decaniat, through the Steering Council, has the right to decide to cut off the contract.
Even so, Redona Gageri shows that students and hours have had enough because on the same day she was reported to be no longer part of the faculty, another person is engaged in her position.
