Hoti: Serbian list does not support either us or the ruling coalition

The Democratic League of Kosovo is asking the votes of 61 Kosovo Parliament deputies to submit the vote of confidence for the collapse of the government led by Ramush Haradinaj. This majority of MPs for this political party, which is opposition and has the largest number of lawmakers in the parliamentary group, does not matter which party those MPs come from, even if they are Serbian List signatures.
The head of the LDK parliamentary group, Avdullah Hoti, asked whether they accept Serbs' votes for the collapse of the government, he has not denied or confirmed, but has indicated that the important thing for this party is to be 61 MPs.
I think it's Kosovo's state interest as soon as this poor model of governance is over. At the moment 61 votes are made, 61 of MPs in the Kosovo Assembly to advance the vote of confidence is state interest in changing this governance. I think I'm pretty clear at this point. We need 61 votes as 61 votes are made, we forward the vote of confidence motion”, Hoti said.
In an interview for Online Economy, Hoti has called the political situation extremely complex, where, according to him, the Serb List, is not supporting the opposition motion, but neither the majority.
I think we are in a very complex situation of functioning of the country's institutions. By April of last year, the current government has lost most in the Assembly, and in particular from September last year, when coalition partner the Serb list has been completely out of the government, since then the ruling coalition functions by 52 votes in the Assembly. On the other hand, it has the votes it has, but it does not have the 61st majority to push ahead with the vote of confidence because the Serbian List is not even in Government, but does not support the opposition in the vote of confidence. We're in a situation that's complex. In this situation I think full responsibility is Government, to reflect”, Hoti added.
Security for the government's collapse vote, The LDK doesn't even have a PSD. The LDK's chief of deputies does not comment on the PSD's actions, compared to signatures for the vote of confidence.
I think I should ask them, I can't speak on their behalf. I can speak on behalf of the Democratic League of Kosovo, which I can tell you with full competence is that at that moment we secure 61 votes to move forward the motion, at that moment we will proceed. You have to ask them, I can't speak for them”, Hoti added.
Hoti also has disappointment with the platform and the Law for Dialogue adopted by majority votes Thursday in the Kosovo Assembly. For the LDK, these two documents are contrary to the Constitution of Kosovo and the regulations of the Assembly.
According to Hoti, the platform that amounts to this Dialogue Law cannot be approved by the Parliament when the Law has not yet entered into force.
According to him, the prime minister has no right to intervene in legislative affairs.
Along with Vetevendosje, these two opposition parties in the Kosovo Assembly are also preparing to submit these two laws to the Constitutional Court, for which Hoti claims she will decide to violate the highest judicial act.
Hoti has said that time has passed on to dialogue teams, even members of this team, has called them people, without political power and without civic legitimacy.
On Wednesday, the Kosovo Assembly gave the green light to the law on competencies, duties and responsibilities of the state delegation for talks in Serbia, as well after many attempts, the platform for involvement in these talks voted.
