Court condemns Ismaili Ismaili to 6 months in prison on bail

Ismaili, now a Social Democrat Party deputy (PSD), has been sentenced for criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
However, his sentence will not be executed if he does not commit another criminal offence within a year.
Ismaili is charged that on November 30th 2015, in the lobby of the Republic of Kosovo, during a police raid, two tear gas canisters have been found and seized, which he had hidden in his shoes in order to put them into the Kosovo Parliament's plenary Hall, reports the <x0Betim for Justice”.
To him, according to Judge Vesel Ismaili, there has also been announced a complete act of prejudice, where tear gas canisters have been confiscated.
As for the indictment's point of two, against MP Ismaili, it has been declared a refusal act after the prosecutor has renounced prosecution.
Ismaili has also been forced to pay the judiciary in much of 100 euros.
