Ambister Gashi: Ramiz Ladrovci with pressure dismissed the activist, brought his family

Gashi's letter says the lady in question held the position of the Communist Unit Coordinator for Human Rights and Z. Ludrovci, after his hospital appearance, had immediately promoted his sister's (insult) cloud.

Gashi relates how Ladrovci had pressured Podrimqak every day to leave his workplace, as long as she had allied in the office and was unconscious. According to Asamblist Gashi, because of the fear of Laddrovci no one has dared to provide help.

Gashi asks asambliste women to raise their voices in such a sensitive and illegal case in the Drenas municipality.

Dear members of the band in the Crenasis Town,

At the hearing held at 27,03,2019, I also discussed the pressure made on Mrs. Z. THE PODRIMACHE SUBASI, Municipal Unit Coordinator for Human Rights and Z. BJ with the UK, in our municipality from Chairman Ramiz Ladrovci to get him out of work and put his sister's cloud (sautine) in such a position.

Pressure to get rid of Mrs. Zahrie from work has been starting since Chairman Ludrovci's arrival at the head of the municipality and even to degrade her role, she has been hampered in all forms and ways to exercise her official duties even moving her away from the KSSB that was also legal duty to be part. It has prevented him from exercising all monitoring in competitions on commissions of working groups, strategies and municipal regulations, which is a legal obligation to exercise.

Throughout January 2019, the chairman has personally been pressured to leave the most illegal workplace for a day and not complying with any of the law of recruiting but not transfer. From great pressure on Mrs. Zahrie and without her will the mayor had threatened her with a quick decision to transfer and replace her with another family person. Ladrovci, and as a result of the big psychic load on February 1st (Friday) 2019 has been allvanned in her office and for two consecutive hours no help has been offered because of the mayor's fear, with the result after the family's announcement and emergency that two straight days had been subjected to infusions and medical examinations, while on February 6th she was hospitalised.

On the day the person in question was also a KTV team and the Kosovo Police in Drenas to see the situation (an occasional witness reported). As a result, after Mrs. Zahrie from the hospital, Chairman Laldrovci with the decision 01 No. 112-1586 of the date 01.03,2019, had transferred the person into question with temporary transfer to position; Head of assembly services in the same functional category. In accordance with legislation in effect, Mrs. Zahrie has rejected the decision under law no. 03 L-149 for Civil Service in the Republic of Kosovo (Nani 31, points 1 and 2 https://gzak.rks-gov.net/ActDetail.assx?ActID=2679 ). Also Article 45, point 1. Law No. 03 L/149 for the Civil Service in the Republic of Kosovo gives me the right to keep my job and maintain an equal position, as well as the right to a 50-point net complaint. Honored members of the asambitarian Women's Group,

For those of you who don't know Mrs. Zahrie has made a valuable contribution to all the times in which the country had passed, and even the first honour activist in Drenas who had fought for the position of the woman and for her role in institutions, so we ask you to look at the occasion in question and in your role to raise your voice about this great injustice that is happening in our municipality. I present to you just a few of the activities that Mrs. Zahrie had in her lifetime:

That's why the case of what's happening with Mrs. Zahrie is the greatest injustice that's going on since the war just to hire a family of Mayor Ludrovci's, and as a result, the person in question is going through a serious crisis because of degradation and loss of work because in the position it is not clearly defined as being at work or not.

As an assembly woman in our municipality, I asked you to take concrete steps in protecting her rights and supporting the lady in question after having a difficult day under the pressure of the Mayor and his illegal decision. At least place five minutes in her position with all that contribution to the country's freedom and independence, as a procrastinated mother of the age where she spends her youth on Kosovo's freedom and does she deserve such injustice? Therefore I expect you to help the lady through your role in question.
