The accused of killing Donjeta Pajazit is sentenced to life in prison

The Foundation Court in Pec has sentenced Naser Pajazitay to life in prison for killing his cousin, Donjeta Pajaziaj.

This sentence came after the return of the case to retrial. The person in question was charged that on November 9th 2015, in the mountains of Strellci of the Decani municipality, with weapons, cruelly deprived of life now of the late Donjet Pajasitaj broadcasts the Kosovo clan.

The N.P. defendant, the court has convicted him and pronounced him a life sentence. The same has been pronounced an additional punishment for the seizure of weapons and bullets, and destruction of them” has been ordered, written in the Community of the Court.

“With November 9, 2015, in Strellci's Bees, the Decan municipality, right at the place called at the Linthia Cross, the defendant, formerly convicted of committing a criminal crime of serious murder, deliberately and with weapons of the unknown type, has slyly deprived the victim of D.P., of what he committed serious murder and non-licitious acts.

The trial to this actual state came after the release of new evidence that has been missed before and that this new evidence in connection with other evidence proves that the accused committed the criminal work for which he is charged”.
