Serbia, detained in Pec, charged with taking part in killing 33 Albanian civilians

The court in Pec today established 30 days of detention for the alleged war crimes Serb in connection with the March and May 1999 attacks that took place in Peja's Crystal district, where 33 Albanian civilians were killed, the prosecution has put the Serb Z.D. in handcuffs.
He allegedly fired firearms in the direction of the Albanian civilian population in the 26th, 27th, 28 March and 13, 17, 28 May 1999, after which 33 Albanian civilians were killed.
Starting with these prosecution claims, the Constitutional Court in Pec appointed the detention measure against the alleged Serb. /Periscopi
