The anonymous husband was offered a job, translated by The Guardian, Periscopi, as an official for the removal of the Aztec, but he was told that he had to remove his beard in order to go on training course.
When he refused on the basis of religious beliefs, the city council of Amersfoort banned social fees for him and his wife, who are guaranteed for any local resident in the Netherlands for a month.
This man had appealed the verdict to the Netherlands center court, where he believed that the removal of the social was a violation of Article nine of the European Convention for Human Rights that protects the right to freedom of thought, faith, and religion.
The council had argued that it was dangerous that the asthma particles would stick to a man's beard, which is unhealthy to him. They added that his beard would also have an effect on his ability to put the mask on the needed respiratory device.
This man had been unemployed for two years, and would immediately receive a job after performing training, but they had acted in the interest of their taxpayers. /Periscopi
