The Foundation Court in Gjilan reports it has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the 30-day detention measure to indictees S. H.
The defendant allegedly consistently exerted pressure and psychological violence on co-existence A. R., in order to make the decision on abortion.
With these actions, defendant St. H. has committed criminal acts, austerity and pushing to commit the criminal offence of pregnancy, sanctioned acts under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)”, reportedly in the report of the Constitutional Court in Gjilan.
