He has also congratulated the friendship between Britain and Kosovo to last for many years.
“Britania has recognised Kosovo's independence after a day because we have the same principles. But we keep these principles in our hearts after 11 years, and we continue to support the Republic of Kosovo as it was born and what it is now.
