Abrashi has called the Court's decision scandalous and has asked the local and international judiciary to open debate on it.
In a publication on the social network “Facebook”, drafting the court, he's called hiding the markets.
Read his reaction:
As a society, we had an opportunity to change and restore confidence in institutions. However, not all parties are set to play with clean hands. Politics ruled otherwise, while independent institutions fell into the trap of politics and gave in to pressure.
Some errors of scandalous complaint are below:
With Article 112 of the Constitution is determined the Constitutional Court's right to interpret whether laws are compatible with the Constitution.
In my case, the Constitutional Court estimated that the rulings and decrees of the Supreme Court are not in conflict with articles 45 and 54 of the Constitution. This constitutes a scandal, and this scandal and this practice is not in any constitutional court when it decides on individual complaints, but not at the European Court for Human Rights.
I've asked the Constitutional Court to state under Article 113.7 of the Constitution to violate my electoral rights, not to tell me whether the Supreme Court's act and action violated nines 45 and 54 of the Constitution. T URP!
Your Honor, in case you don't understand: I have not asked for interpretation of the reconciliation of the law with the Constitution, but I have filed my request against a public authority for violating my constitutional freedoms and rights.
In this case, I ask the entire local and international professional law community to issue a debate on this scandalous act.
A multipage act of judgment does not mean hiding the marketplace. This scandalous act involves amateur mistakes that only the letter endures but never the conscience and rules of the profession.
Think of Kosovo, and young people with minds are outside.
