Abrashi will never accept defeat in Pristina: The scandalous decision of shopping

Abrashi has called the Court's decision scandalous and has asked the local and international judiciary to open debate on it.

As a society, we had an opportunity to change and restore confidence in institutions. However, not all parties are set to play with clean hands. Politics ruled otherwise, while independent institutions fell into the trap of politics and gave in to pressure.

In my case, the Constitutional Court estimated that the rulings and decrees of the Supreme Court are not in conflict with articles 45 and 54 of the Constitution.
