According to the judge, the M.J. defendants The detention measure has been scheduled for a month's duration starting since 05.12.2019 wide with the date 14,01.2020.
The criminal prosecutor of the preliminary procedure has approved the prosecutor's proposal for the detention assignment, because if the fugitive was found in freedom, the same could leave his home and be elusive by the prosecution's organs and hinder the development of the extradition procedure. Defendant M. J is a citizen of the Czech Republic, which is wanted by the authorities of the Czech Republic, due to the criminal offence committed by Article 250b, 211 and 206 of the Penal Cek Code because Interpol has issued the warrant, dated 05.2019 for the M wanted. J, at request for his extradition to the authorities of the Czech Republic. The judge has considered that the legal conditions previously met in Article 187 pars.
