The village manager, Armend Kastrati, says operating these businesses is a major concern, adding that they have also talked to Kamenica Mayor.
Kamenica municipality head Central Kastrati in a written response to Kosova Prees, says Kosovo police cannot intervene in this part without KFOR being granted permission.
In addition, he stresses that the issues belonging to those like the municipality have sought assistance from Kosovo Police, and have also raised concerns with KFOR.
