While many residents of the village say that the presence of such establishments is disturbing, they do not even want to speak before the camera, for fear they may have consequences.
The village manager, Armend Kastrati, says operating these businesses is a major concern, adding that they have also talked to Kamenica Mayor.
Kamenica municipality head Central Kastrati in a written response to Kosova Prees, says Kosovo police cannot intervene in this part without KFOR being granted permission.
