They no longer believe in the coalition with the VV: Even great LDK enthusiasts abandon Kurti Government achievement

Vetevendosje Movement leader Albin Kurti and the leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, after the October 6th early parliamentary elections, had warned that it would be enough 72 hours to reach an agreement to establish the ruling coalition, following the Certificate of election results by the Central Election Commission. “Do [...]
“We will meet to carry out, within 72 hours or less than 100 hours, our final agreement for the future ruling coalition”, Kurti said on November 22nd.
It has been a month since the certificate of the results of the October 6th parliamentary elections, and Kosovo continues to remain in political trouble.
The Democratic League of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement, even after numerous talks, cannot find a solution that enables them to reach a coalition agreement, writes Periscope.
Initially it was LDK's request for the presidential post this unacceptable issue for the LVV and therefore halted talks for a week to continue later, but without results.
Glauk Konjufca's proposal by the LVV for Kosovo Assembly Speaker, without publicly announcing the LDK, has prompted relations between these two parties to be cooled and the likelihood of achieving the coalition to be considered minimal.
Periscop sources within the LDK suggest that after the December 26th session, reports between these two parties have cooled sharply and the likelihood of reaching a coalition are extremely minimal.
That he has lost hope of reaching a co-governance agreement with LVV says even a senior LDK official under anonymity.
He even says that after the December 26th session, even the biggest LDK enthusiasts for the coalition with LVV, Vjosa Osmani and Lumir Abdixhiku are no longer expressing their will for reaching the agreement.
Krkin's been waiting for them to choose the Conjufka, those (VV) shut down all doors, says a senior LDK official under anonymity.
“Vyosa Osmani and Lumir Abdixhiku as the main acts that have largely insisted that this coalition be reached have cooled after the latest action by VV”, this source added.
LDK deputy head Vjosa Osmani in an interview for éPresing '%s' said that prior to the start of the constitution, she tried to speak with LVV deputies, since they knew nothing about the proposal for the Parliament Speaker but that none of them agreed to speak.
On the other hand, she said that only with Kurt has she spoken briefly and received a” Jo” from him.
Since the day before, there's been some kind of announcement of the failure of negotiations. The LDK took a stance that we can discuss on the issue of the presidential formula. If none of this moves forward then we're ready not to block institutions. When we went to the vault, we tried to find out what to do. LVV for the Speaker of the Parliament, we tried to ask the deputies, no one spoke. My suggestion to Mr. Kurti was for the Parliament Speaker's proposal to be postponed for a week. We were optimistic that the deal would be reached, Kurti said no to”, Osmani declared.
But Periscop's sources within the LDK say that at the gathering of the leadership of this party, Osman was told not to ask for anything from LV, but that it had acted against the will of headship.
On that day, Osman at the chairmanship meeting proposed that I postpone the session for a week. We told him not to push him out of weakness. Osmani and Lumir Abdixhiku have been in favour of delaying the session, the LDK official said.
He has added that it is the Vetevendosje Movement, which has not shown that it is for real partnership with the LDK, since according to him, Kurti's party is not keeping promises given during negotiations with the two parties.
We remember that during yesterday's meeting of LVV General Council, Albin Kurti said talks to reach the coalition agreement with the LDK would continue in January. While, he stressed that the government's formation date does not determine the president, but the LDK.
On the other hand, Isa Mustafa has reacted to Kurt through a Facebook post, saying the LDK does not set dates.
“The LDK does not set dates. The dates are assigned to the subject that appears first in the elections, the one who receives the mandate for forming the”, he wrote.
Except Mustafa has said the winning party is obliged to form institutions and that the LDK has not blocked the constitution of the Assembly. /Periscopi/
