Protesters in Paris have been conducting marches at two different destinations, where one group has marched from the town's Clichy neighbourhood to Stalingrad neighbourhood, while the other group from Saint-Pierre Square to the Bercy neighbourhood is watching Telegrafi.
In addition to the capital, protests have been held in various cities in the country. At the protest held in the town of Montpellier, police formed a cordon to prevent protesters from entering the mall and at the train station.
In events marked at the protest, where police have used tear gas against protesters have been arrested 12 people, as well as four others injured by whom three police officers were injured.
