However, the Vetevendosje Movement is complaining that the Secretariat of the CEC is not implementing the Supreme Court's decision fully, since, according to them, the head of the CEC Secretariat, Enis Halimi, is not allowing all applications coming from the diaspora to be addressed.
As the communique points out from all votes coming late from the diaspora around 1700 have remained out of the counting process.
According to them, this is a violation, and they warn that they will again address the courts to seek full implementation of the Supreme Court's decision by the CEC.
ECZ spokesman Valmir Elezi had warned yesterday at a news conference that all late-income applications coming from the diaspora would not be processed for counting would be verified yesterday. However, it remains to be seen whether that is why such a number of votes are not being processed.

CEC Secretariat Not Applying Supreme Court Decision
The Supreme Court's decision was very clear. His device specified that ballot packages outside Kosovo should be counted if they were sent in time, so before October 5th.
Today, Central Election Commission Secretariat Chief Enis Halimi is not allowing all ballot packages to be handled, but only part of them leaving out of the 1700-packing process. This is a violation of the Supreme Court's decision and the right to vote on our citizens. It is also a mockery of all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who are waiting for justice to be brought to the country without hesitation or hesitation.
From the beginning, there have been inadequate hesitations by the administration and the Central Election Commission for an issue that was already proven clear and fair to our countrymen.
We're definitely forced to go back to the courts and we're going to demand that even the 1700-packs of leftover paper be addressed. But this time we are obliged to seek responsibility for the inaction and overcoming of the Supreme Court's decision. Even for procrastinating from the beginning of the treatment process.
If tonight and tomorrow morning the chief chief will not allow the CEC staff to process according to the Supreme Court's decision, even the 1,700-packs with envelopes, we will proceed to court.
