Unless Serbia responds, Kosovo pensioners will address Strasbourg Court

He has said that if Serbia does not answer for pensions, he will address the Strasbourg Court.

Shufta has said the initiative to apply pensioners to receive pensions in Serbia was not fraud.

According to him, the prosecution has found that there are no elements of deception in his actions that have no exposure to false facts.

He says it has been taken because he has found the decision of Serbia's ombudsman, who after the indictment has been taken, has asked Serbia to take all measures to execute the court's act that Strasbourg for all retirees.

According to him, executing the European Court's judgments is confirmation of European efficiency for human rights.

He says the Council of Europe considers Kosovo to be in Serbia's jurisdiction, adding that the decision for pensioners has been brought because of this.

Speaking of the cooperation of pensioners, he said there was an announcement made that was put on Grand's ground and people realized it was a public call.

According to him, through that announcement many people have been notified, 23 pensioners have applied and paid 50 euros.
