This decision was made at an extraordinary session that began with a minute of silence for all people who lost their lives as a result of the collapse of homes by the earthquake that occurred Tuesday in the early hours of the morning.

With a minute of silence for all the people who lost their lives from the earthquake in Albania, we started our extraordinary session today. At this session we approved with all the votes for my request to share $15,000.00 financial means for families affected by the earthquake in Albania. We share the pain with you Albania!
