Former Kosovo Parliament deputies Milaim Zeka and Frasher Krasniqi have agreed that the case for their clash in the Kosovo Clan television studio should be chosen through the mediation procedure.

One such thing, it was put in Tuesday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, which has managed to hold after four consecutive failures, reports “The Battle for Justice”.

Ex-Deputate from VV and PSD ranks, Frasher Krasniqi, has pleaded guilty and has expressed his reconciliation that this issue be passed on to the mediation procedure.

However, former delegation Milaim Zeka has said he does not accept guilt, but has given his consent, so that the case can be processed in alternative procedure.

By that, the prosecutor of the case, Fatmir Faram, was hired, while Judge Hanef Jashar approved it.

According to the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, the event took place on 29 September 2017, around 17:40 in Pristina, at the premises of the “Klan Kosova” show studio “Local info”, during direct transmission, in which the Frasher Krasniqi and Milaim Zeka were invited to quality Kosovo Parliament deputies, with the “theme not functioning of Parliament and local elections”

The prosecution claims that the accused did not abide by the topic of the show they were invited to and that during the debate they began to insult each other and, for a moment, stood up and started to go towards each other, so defendant Frasher Krasniqi began physically attacking Milaim Zekam by punching her in the wally region of the left-hand head, with the same chips causing minor body injuries with temporary health consequences.

But according to the second device, on the same date, time and place described as in the first device of this indictment, accused Milaim Zeka, after being physically attacked by Frasher Krasniqi, was addressed with the words “me you will be following the” show, with the case of the injury causing the fear that it will cause any harm.
