Already the five-bedroom house where the 45th president of the United States spent his childhood is on sale. The house has changed owners several times since it was built in the 1940s by President Fred Trump's father.
The Trump family lived there for about a decade, and the president spent the first four years of his life.
Before moving to the classic White House environments, US President Donald Trump enjoyed the modernisation of his home in the Trump Tower, as well as decades ago as his childhood home in New York.
The next president lived in this house in Queens for only four years.
Fred Trump was a well - known builder in New York City. The complexes he built reflect the appearance of New York City today. So is this house.
“lived here until 1950. Then they sold this house and moved to that other house that looks from the” window, says Misa Haghani, of the real estate company “Paramount Realty USA”.
Today, Donald Trump's first house is back on the market. At the end of 2016, Mr. Haghan's company managed to sell it for $1 million and $400,000 and resell it after only four months for $2 million. In February of this year, the house went to market at a price of about $3 million.
I would love to buy President Trump for good and stop her selling”, says Mr. Haghani.
The current owner of the house asked to remain anonymous, but is thought to be out of touch with the president.
In 2017, the owner placed his home on the website of the airbonb, at the price of $725 a night. Despite the name of the house, tourists who stayed here complained about its oldness and the proper malfunction of the plumbing system.
It is surprising that few neighbors know the history of the house.
I know a very good man lived before, but he sold it...”, says a local resident.
It says President Trump lived here... Yeah?
But some locals know the true history of the house and know how to handle it.
“I hope that they will leave their differences behind and remain in history forever that he is president, like any other president, and that the house should be carefully preserved and kept”, says school dentist Barbara Paddock.
The winner of the tender will benefit a five-bedroom house, an open roof, a hearth of fire and a large library filled with pictures of President Donald Trump's family and his speech lyrics. / VoA
