Albania's prime minister, Edi Rama, has declared that all in the Western Balkan states find it impossible to get large foreign investments if it is not seen that our markets are too small and too closed.
Rama made these comments at the joint press conference with the president of Serbia and the prime minister of Northern Macedonia for speeding up the process of living four European Union freedoms in the space of the Western Balkans “Free movement of people, goods, services and capitals”, where he said the costs of this multi-year-old situation are in the eyes of everyone who wants to see, the costs of waiting centuries on the border.
Bring in more economies, more employment, more income, a salary increase, and pensions in our territories, and for that we have organised experts from our countries and with an international expertise. At the Ohrid meeting, we will be able to give more specifically what this process is good for.”, Rama said.
Rama talking about the lack of three countries, including Kosovo, said the three countries that are not present are not disfellowshipped but are welcome at the next meeting to join.
