North Korea has thrown into the sea two “prey” unidentified, South Korean Army says.
According to Japan's Defence Ministry, the objects seemed to be ballistic missiles.
If confirmed as a missile test, it would be the 12th test of North Korea this year, the BBC writes.
Earlier this month, North Korea tested a new type of rocket, thought to have been dropped by a submarine.
In theory, this missile had the capacity to carry a nuclear weapon.
The rocket launch Thursday fell to the Eastern Sea, known as the Sea of Japan.
The departures are thought to have come from the South Pyongan district, according to Seoul's Chiefs of General Staff. /Periscopi/
