Faith Latifaj: I was afraid my luck would be as Astrit Dehari

The independent expert who took over the Astrit Dehar death report, Besim Latifaj, has said he felt at risk for having dealt with the issue. In a letter published by Asdren Candman, writes that Besim Latifaj is afraid to end up the same as Astrit Dehar. That's because [...]
In a letter published by Asdren Candman, writes that Besim Latifaj is afraid to end up the same as Astrit Dehar.
That's because an independent expert report, Besim Latifaj and Ymaj Faith, said otherwise with the Law Medicine Institute, that Dehar's death was violent, and signs of self-defence had been found and suggested that the prosecutor lead the investigation into the murder.

I was afraid I'd have the same fate as AD.
Prosecutors dropped our report on waste bin
The death of a young man and my future colleague moved me to come from London to make a small contribution to the enlightenment of this puzzling case.
I wasn't there because I was close to any political party, as I don't care who is in power in Kosovo.
Another reason for his arrival was that one of my family had suffered a serious accident he was hit by a car in 2011 and paralyzed, and one of the legal doctors in Pristina who was a member of the A.D. autopsy.
Furthermore, this “professor” was declassified at a time in its “expertise” had come to the conclusion that if Blerta my niece had slight bodily injuries.
For Naim Halit, paralysis is a slight body injury!!
When we were called into the Hall of Legal Medicine in Pristina, the prosecutor in short notice gave a synthesis of witness statements in the case of AD death.
I insisted that more conservative statements be taken, since what the prosecutor read was very superficial.
Having great experience in performing autopsies in England (where I performed at least 8,000 cases) for me was clearly a highly suspicious case.
I contacted D-B Ymaj and wrote the report the prosecutors dropped on the trash basket.
Moreover, we threatened to be prosecuted.
For nearly three years I did not go to Kosovo for fear that I would be imprisoned and would suffer the same fate as Astri.
Three years lost are hard to compensate for because people forget, and investigations are not effective... so whitening the AD case seems to be very difficult.
We were commissioned by Minister Donus Hoxha for giving the prosecution orders that we be prosecuted to push you into thinking that she too has a role in the fact-making plan ...
Would the prosecution prosecute Swiss doctors?
I am sorry for the doctors in Kosovo who are daily blackmailed by prosecutors...
