The country's president, Hashim Thaci, is expected today to hold a meeting with the Negotiator Team for Dialogue with Serbia. At this meeting, it has been said that President Thaci will hand over the state delegation documents he possesses from preliminary talks with Serbia in Brussels following the demand of negotiators to have all official documents available to the dialogue, writes today the newspaper “Voice”.
“I have made it clear that there is no official written document or draft agreements prepared by the EU so far. This is natural, because we are in the initial phase of negotiations to reach a comprehensive final agreement. In spite of that, as soon as I finish my vacation, he will meet the Negotiator Team on Monday and give them general information on the period of negotiations in written form. In this historic process we will work together and in co-ordination with each other”, Thaci said days ago about radio “Free Europe”.
Government Coalition deputy Rasim Selmanaj has also told “Zen” that there is agreement between the president and the Negotiator Team to hand over those documents. He says that in dialogue with Serbia all are one. The president, as well as the Negotiator Team, have agreed to hand over existing documents. Co-operation and co-ordination will be necessary and I am convinced that because the president and team are one in this process”, Selmanaj has said.
