New Special Court Invitations Reach

Some of the former Kosovo Liberation Army members have already been interviewed by the Special Prosecutor's Office, and others have confirmed they have received interviews invitations, but there are also those who are keeping invitations from the public from the Special. Lawyers accredited by the Special Court have confirmed to the newspaper “Voice” that they have already received several clients who have been invited by the Special for Interview, but who do not want to make public invitations.

The lawyer accredited in this Artan Kerin Court for “Zerin” has announced that he so far has two clients expected to defend before the Special Prosecution. The site has stressed that because of the sensitivity of the process it cannot make public their names.

I have two clients so far, who will represent them at the Office of the Specialised Prosecutor in The Hague. I can say briefly that my clients will appear at The Hague in late January and mid-February 2019. I don't think they're very popular names for the public, although this is not measured by any objective criterion”, he said.
