Scandalous! Head doctorate for justice in America, but Kosovo does not recognise the degree (Document)

Geotar Doctor says he's performed doctors in America, in law school. But this degree he says the Ministry of Education in Kosovo and the UPI are not familiar with it.

So he's chosen to report the case to Facebook, explaining all the steps he's taken for a doctorial nomination that he's not familiar with. According to him, because of manipulations.

My problems with American degrees in the most pro-American country of the world:
2015 ) The Ministry of Education refused to record the doctorate without the previous diplomat at first. With this condition, the country just delayed me and wasted me in a very short manner.
2016 ) After almost a year's delay, the Ministry of Education depreciated my American doctor as a master. The ministry has not yet reasoned on its decision, and has ruled against the directives of American authorities, which expressly point out the value of my degree: doctorate, equivalent to PhD in other fields, or the highest level of Kosovo system.
2016 ) The University of Pristina did not allow me to enter the acceptance exam of the doctor's program because I had not carried out international law school module. I was told that the Ministry of Education would not allow them to avoid this condition. The condition rules out saying all those who do not have students in Kosovo, and violates the Lisbon Convention for Diplomacy Recognition, which seeks to accommodate the differences between study programmes. ( I also have spiritual connections with the UPI: I have grown up among students who have been teaching in my house for all five years, since the wild conqueror has driven them out of campus. )
2017 Early in the year, I missed several academic employment cases because of the education ministry's decision.
2017 For summer, the Ministry of Education rejected my appeal to the graduation decision, again, about a year late. Refuse the template does not mention the facts as they are, nor does it give legitimate reasoning. After that, I indicted the Ministry. Landa's waiting to be examined in court.
2018 the Ministry of Justice rejected my request to enter a law test with the strange reasoning that I did not prove my schooling, that I gave up all letters in order. I complained under the law to this unfair decision.
2019 Today, the deadline for reviewing my complaint about the jurisdictional exam passed, and the minister did not answer me. I'm now sharing the complaint with you. I tried short and Albanian, though in the dialect of state letters.
These are just some of the injustices I've experienced since I returned from exile three years ago. But I don't intend to leave my country, so in America I'm a licensed lawyer. I keep fighting for my rights and ideals.
