We later had the opportunity to see the true face of the LSDM government coalition and DUI, which itself calls itself pro-European. The announcement of the Law on Languages in the Official Journal and the Law on Ratification of the Prespa Agreement without the decree of the president of the Republic of Macedonia is unconstitutional. With the submission of these two laws to the Official Journal, Article 75 has been violated by the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, until the declaration of the laws is done illegally and provides grounds for prosecution”, says the response issued by President's Office, Gjorge Ivanov, broadcast Als M.
It further notes that this is the moment that the Constitutional Court, the Prosecutor, and the independent judiciary in Macedonia will be indicated.
We asked if the international community's high representatives, who support this government coalition, would appear and support this way of bringing laws? Will they support these violations that bring unpredictable consequences and violate the rule of law and that such violations apply to their states?
