Citizens are opposing this decision, saying they have to pay other things for health services, KTV reports.
And the Patients' Association has been looking forward to the Oda's decision, which has imposed 30-euro payments on patients who want to file complaints for poor services.
This association has even complained to the ombudsman, Hilmi Yasar.
From this institution, they have said they are in the phase of legal analysis after accepting Oda's response from the Doctors before taking other measures for these citizens' complaints.
The chairman of the Oda of Doctors, Plerat Sejdiu, has said the decision is within the legal framework and that social cases are excluded from this payment.
This decision was made by the Oda of Kosovo Doctors early in December 2018.
