The Serbian prosecution has filed two new indictments against the two defendants charged with war crimes against Serb civilians in Sarajevo and Kosovo, broadcasts news.
One is Bosnia and Herzegovina's citizen, Huseyin Mujanovac, while the other Ramadan Maloni from Kosovo.
Both are in custody in Belgrade, determined by Belgrade's Supreme Court decisions, spokeswoman Bojana Stankovic has said about “Tanjug”.
With the indictment of December 25th 2018, a Bosnia and Herzegovina citizen, Huseyin Mujanovic, is accused of war crimes against Serb civilians in Sarajevo in 1992.
Mujanovic is accused of illegally retaining 30 Serb national civilians, as head of the Bosnian Army detention unit.
According to the indictment, he issued orders, but also participated in the injuries to prisoners, of which seven Serbs lost their lives.
And Ramadan Maloni from Kosovo, who has been in custody since 3 October last year, is charged with the second indictment of December 27, 2018 for war crimes against Serb civilians, Bojana Stankovic said.
According to the indictment, the one with four armed and uniformed KLA members, in the Upper Nerodims in the Ferizaj municipality, has allegedly feared, insulted and illegally arrested two Serb civilians. /Periscopi/
