The number of victims from landslides and floods in the Philippines has reached 85, while 20 people are considered extinct.
Rescue teams are delaying arrivals in flood - affected areas.
Victims were killed mainly when their homes collapsed by landslides after several days of rainfall.
The tropical depression, which weakened before leaving the Philippines on Sunday, brought heavy rain that caused landslides and floods in the Bicol regions and east of Visaya.
Officials place the three provinces “in a state of emergency” to give them access to emergency funds.
