Although the promise of employment for a family member has not been realized, compensation for real estate is a process under way.
Skender Bucolli, from the Information Office to the Energy Corporation, has said agreements have already been reached with owners influenced by the (PNP) project.
“The relocation process in the first area, which extends to 52 hectares and included a total of 255, Property Influenced by Project (PNP), to cadastral Hades and the KK-Obilic Shipilac areas, at the Noerial Office n2 Obilic, we have reached agreement to compensate for real estates with 254 <4x1><13>>, Bukolli noted.
According to him, the Office of Property for All Compensable Realities, in the 52 hectares shift project included Shipilulus and Haden, the KK-Obilic, has undertaken long-term operations, also requiring the Obiliki municipality to carry real estates to KEK-owned Kadastral Aparatin.
Bucolli has made it known that the contracting and delivery bills, KEK has even paid administrative fees for carrying to the Obilic municipality and property certificates for the 52 hectare area are expected to receive the most distant in 10 days.
“Based on the challenges we have faced during the process of moving to the first area (52 hek), in the second area, which extends to 120 hectare, KEK has started the process earlier and currently we are in the census phase. This area includes cadastral areas: Shipitule, Hade, Sibovc, Vodic and Leskosic, KK-Obilic and included a total of 278 Owner influenced by Project (PNP). In this area the commission is continuing to work, we are currently in the registration and recording phase and so far we have completed registration 203 (PNP). It includes physical displacement (replacements with supporting objects) as well as economic displacement (including land and other agricultural cultures)”, Bucolli has finished.
That the process of shift and employment is under way and they say in the Obilic Community Information Office. In a response to Indexline, this municipality has indicated that it is working on the project along with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.
